Absolutely great from start to end. All our house was loaded into their vans (took 2 days) stored for 7 weeks and unloaded at the other end (another 2 days). Not an item broken, damaged or lost. Cannot fault.

I've lost count but I think it's around SEVEN moves that RT has moved either me or an immediate family member over the last 16 years. To a man each member of their moving team is not just efficient and 'can-do', but they are also really lovely, friendly, courteous chaps. Yes moving is stressful, but knowing that RT are going to manage the process makes it much more bearable.

A lovely family-run business with genuinely friendly and helpful staff. The pricing was very reasonable and everything worked smoothly overall. Pleased they could do the upright piano as well and handled it very well.
Only a couple of things were damaged, which is much better than previous moves with other companies. This was handled quickly and professionally.
The packing service was excellent—they covered mattresses and sofas very well, took great care with fragile items, and reassembled beds efficiently.

Used Roy Trevor recently to move our personal effects from Lancashire to southern Spain. We can highly recommend their services, primarily dealt with Robert and he was absolutely fantastic, everything from initial enquiry to final delivery was 100%+++. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was perfect, everything discussed, promised, agreed and implemented wasn't deviated from and at all times we had total confidence that everything would work out as expected. Drivers collecting in UK were really helpful and friendly, delivery drivers in Spain similarly. Our daughter will be relocating to Spain at some point in the near future and she will also use them based on our experience, cannot recommend/praise them highly enough. Thank you everyone.

I recently needed to clear my loft room a short notice due to an extension imminently starting on my house. Ben dealt with my request quickly and efficiently and arranged the removal within 2 days. Nothing was packed and the place was a mess but Shaun, Andy and Tom took care of everything. They wrapped and boxed all my goods, removed shelves and TV brackets etc from the walls, and put all my clothes in boxed hangers. I cannot explain how much stress this removed and could not rcommend Roy Trever enough. This is the 3rd time I've used them and its an A+ service everytime!

Overall the move went ok minus damaged items. Communication has been quite poor.
2 months of chasing post move.
Was originally advised by customer service rep that I would need to pay a deposit to get boxes to pack and that secured my mov3 and fee. It took 10 months for my chain to complete which then Roy Trevors charged an additional premium regardless of what I was told over the phone and invited to read my terms and conditions, I explained what I was told and that they would listen to call, investigate and get back to me they never did. With move impending I had no choice.
Items were damaged after delivery, was initially told these werent covered, when infact within the T&C they are to £40 per item.
Sent multiple emails with no responses which I believe is quite unprofessional regarding compensation for damaged items within their T&C.
Had to call today to finally get an update.
And lastly the floor in my previous property on move out was badly damaged by removals team, photographed but cant even be bothered to waste any more time.
Wont be my first choice if I move again not very happy with the overall experience.
